Principals of LAS began performing Phase
I environmental site assessments in 1984 and have literally assessed
thousands of properties in Tampa, throughout Florida, and
in other states across the nation. We specialize in
complicated ASTM Phase I environmental site assessment (ESA)
projects and follow-up Phase II environmental site
assessments covering multiple
parcels with multiple concerns. We are experienced and
comfortable in participating in transactions worth
millions.
"We distinguish ourselves by our responsiveness and thoroughness. Our objective is
to surpass client expectations while at the same time doing
the work necessary
to 'sleep at night.' To simply conform to the ASTM standard for
Phase I environmental site assessments on a
minimal basis is unacceptable to us."
Richard C. Reynolds, VP
